Pneumatic butterfly valve is a kind of valve with simple structure, which is composed of pneumatic actuator and butterfly valve. Pneumatic butterfly valve can be used for on-off medium, and can also be used to adjust flow.

How Does Pneumatic Butterfly Balve Debug?

At present, pneumatic butterfly valves are more and more widely used in low-pressure medium-diameter and large-diameter pipelines. The purchased pneumatic butterfly valve needs to be installed. After installation, it needs to be debugged in order to work normally. Let's talk about how to debug the pneumatic butterfly valve after installation.

The debugging method is to put the pneumatic butterfly valve in the closed state with the help of external force, and put the cylinder in the closed state. Then install the cylinder on the valve, check whether the screw holes are aligned, and no large deviation is allowed. It should be noted that before debugging, it is necessary to check whether the accessories of the pneumatic butterfly valve are complete. Before commissioning for the first time, make sure that there is no debris stuck on the valve plate of the valve body, and manually operate the solenoid valve button to observe the operation of the valve.

If it is found during the debugging process that the valve moves slowly at the valve opening position, just adjust the cylinder stroke a little bit smaller. When adjusting, run the valve to the open position, then turn off the air source, and then carry out debugging. If a silencer is installed, the speed of the valve can also be controlled by adjusting the silencer, but if the adjustment is too small, it is easy to cause the pneumatic butterfly valve not to operate.
