The pneumatic sanitary butterfly valve is composed of a high-precision pneumatic actuator and a quick-install ball valve. Also known as pneumatic quick-loading ball valves, they have undergone precise inspection procedures and strict quality management. The flow channels have been precision-polished and sterilized, and all-inclusive F4 seals are adopted.
There is no dead angle and easy to clean. The pneumatic sanitary ball valve body is made of stainless steel, and the inner wall of the flow channel is 0.5um (240Grit) electronically polished to keep the fluid unimpeded. The sealing surface adopts all-inclusive PTFE without dead ends, ensuring hygiene. Pneumatic ferrule ball valves are widely used in fields such as beer engineering, food engineering, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical engineering, biological engineering and water treatment engineering.
